WHAT IS COVERED?

The following is a list of the covered components:

I.  ENGINE - Engine Block, cylinder heads, and all internal parts.  Manifolds, valve train and covers, and flywheel, Camshaft and timing drive components, Oil pump and oil pan.  Cylinder head and intake manifold gaskets are covered for coolant leaks only.

2. TRANSMISSION - Case and all internal parts. Torque converter and converter housing.

3. DIFFERENTIAL - front or rear differential housing and all internal parts. Drive shaft, Transfer case on four wheel drive vehicles  and all internal parts                                      
4. ELECTRICAL - Alternator, windshield wiper motor, and starter motor.

5. LABOR - Labor rate is paid at a maximum of $85.00 per hour. Any amount over $85.00 is the responsibility of the vehicle owner.

6. TOWING - If your car must be towed because a covered component has failed, towing is covered to the nearest qualified repair        center, up to a maximum of  $100.00.

7. AIR CONDITIONING - Compressor.

8. PARTS - Parts are paid at Cost + 20%, not retail price. Any amount over Cost + 20% will be the responsibility of the vehicle owner


WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

No other components, other than those listed above, are covered by this service contract. This service contract will not cover any repair done without prior authorization from Emergency Vehicle Resources Warranty Company. Seals and gaskets are covered only in conjunction with a covered repair. Component failures which occur prior to the acceptance of this service contract arc not covered. Other items not covered include diagnostic charges, damage that results from any previous or improper repairs, power steering pumps and wheel bearings, including outer axle bearings. This service contract does not cover the parts and labor that are needed to maintain your vehicle (oil, filters, etc.) the parts of your vehicle that are subject to normal wear and tear (fan belts, radiator hoses, etc.), damage to your vehicle that results from overheating, fire, accident, theft or conditions of the environment, damage that results from someone altering the vehicle, misusing the vehicle, tampering with the vehicle, making improper adjustments, using improper fuels. improperly maintaining the vehicle, failing to maintain the vehicle, damage to a covered component that results from the failure of a non-covered component, fluid leaks, damage that results from fluid leaks, failure due to refrigerant contamination or loss of refrigerant or refrigerant oil, recharging and evacuation of the air conditioning system.


HOW LONG IS THIS SERVICE CONTRACT?

This service contract is between the vehicle owner and Emergency Vehicle Resources. Warranty Cornpany.  This service contract begins on the day this agreement is accepted by Emergency Vehicle Resources. Warranty Company and lasts for the period set forth below. An inoperative odometer will void this service contract. Should you not receive notification from Emergency Vehicle Resources Warranty Company within seven (7) days as to the status of your service contract acceptance,  notify Brandon Jarvis at 918-342-5963
